Certain over sized items are excluded from free shipping and free shipping promotions: Hot tub umbrellas, spa side heaters, sound systems, spa steps, outdoor rugs, items listed on the clearance page, Smartdeck hot tub pads, and hot tub covers. Orders containing excluded items will not receive free shipping regardless of total order value.
